The invention discloses an automatic kerogen analyzing instrument which comprises a water tank, a hydrochloric acid tank and a hydrofluoric acid tank. The water tank, the hydrochloric acid tank and the hydrofluoric acid tank are arranged on the lower portion of a complete machine, and a liquid outlet of each of the water tank, the hydrochloric acid tank and the hydrofluoric acid tank is communicated with a first convergence block through a first electromagnetic valve. The first convergence block is communicated with a second convergence block through a liquid feeding pump, and a plurality of beaker liquid delivery valves are parallelly arranged at a liquid outlet of the second convergence block and connected to acid feeding and discharging ports of corresponding beakers. The acid feeding and discharging ports of the beakers are communicated with a waste liquid convergence block through second electromagnetic valves, and a waste outlet of the second convergence block is communicated with the waste liquid convergence block through a waste liquid discharging pipe. The automatic kerogen analyzing instrument has advantages that agent dispersion in a liquid feeding process can be effectively promoted so as to realize complete reaction and intensity controllability; by T-shaped stirring blades, the problem of failure in promotion of thorough reaction of samples due to low magnetic stirring force is solved; accurate liquid feeding and quick liquid discharging are guaranteed, and liquid feeding accuracy of each beaker is realized through fixed liquid feeding pump frequency.
