The invention provides a carrying capacity evaluating method for an intelligent distribution and utilization system. The carrying capacity of the intelligent distribution and utilization system refers to the bearing capacity of power generation and load fluctuations of lines and equipment in a distribution network in the aspects of technical rationality, safe reliability, economy, environment, energy and capacity margin under the conditions of external social economy, environment and energy development, wherein the conditions support the development of a power grid. The method comprises the steps that according to the carrying capacity theory and the characteristics of the intelligent distribution and utilization system, an intelligent distribution and utilization system carrying capacity evaluation system is built, and various indicators of the carrying capacity of the intelligent distribution and utilization system are acquired; according to the characteristics of generalized distributed resources such as an electric vehicle, a distributed power supply, an energy storage system and a flexible load, the load curve of a generalized distributed resource charging station is given; and the relationship among various variables of the carrying capacity of the intelligent distribution and utilization system is analyzed to construct the system dynamics model of the carrying capacity of the intelligent distribution and utilization system. According to the invention, technical support and decision-making basis are provided for sustainable development of the intelligent distribution and utilization system.
