The invention provides a calibrating device for displays, comprising a light source for lighting, an integrating sphere, a customized light filter, a broadband measuring apparatus, a narrowband measuring apparatus, and a data processing center. The light source is arranged inside the integrating sphere. The customized light filter is arranged on the integrating sphere, and the light source spectrum of the customized light filter is equal to the quotient of the light source spectrum of a to-be-measured display and the spectrum of the light source for lighting. Light emitted by the light source for lighting enters the integrating sphere through the customized light filter, and is then emitted to excite the broadband measuring apparatus and the narrowband measuring apparatus to capture color measurement data. The data processing center generates a calibration matrix according to the color measurement data, and uses the calibration matrix to calibrate color measurement output of the broadband measuring apparatus.
