The invention relates to a water flow moving device, in particular to a hydraulic water raiser suitable for raising water flows flowing in river ways, river ditches and the like towards bank sides. The problem that a water flow moving device capable of raising the water flows in the river ways and the river ditches onto the bank sides without power is lacked now is solved. The hydraulic water raiser comprises a machine shell, and a water inlet is formed in the side face of the machine shell which is internally provided with a gear transmission; an input shaft of the gear transmission extends towards the two ends, and the extended shaft end is provided with a water-washed impeller which is located at the water inlet of the machine shell so that the water-washed impeller can be driven by the water flows passing through the water inlet and washed into the machine shell to rotate; and an output shaft of the sear transmission is connected with a pump, and a water outlet of the pump is led out of the machine shell through a pipeline. The hydraulic water raiser is ingenious in conception, reasonable in structure and capable of achieving water flow moving and enriches the product types of the water flow moving devices. The hydraulic water raiser is particularly applicable to the field of farmland and barren mountain irrigation.
