The invention provides a self-balancing extrusion cup packer comprising an upper connector, a central pipe and a lower connector which are connected in sequence and further comprising a self-balancing channel. A rubber cylinder seat, a rubber cylinder and a first retaining ring are arranged outside the central pipe from top to bottom. The lower end and the outer side of the rubber cylinder seat are attached to the rubber cylinder. A radial water hole is formed in the central pipe. A first annulus is arranged between the upper portion of the central pipe and the rubber cylinder seat and communicates with the radial water hole. A sliding sleeve is arranged on the lower portion in the central pipe. A second annulus is arranged between the upper portion of the rubber cylinder and the central pipe. The self-balancing extrusion cup packer is opened through the throttling pressure difference in an oil pipe. The rubber cylinder is extruded under the pressure in the oil pipe, so that the packer is sealed unidirectionally, and the lower end of the packer is blocked through the sliding sleeve. A pressure self-balancing mechanism is designed on the packer, after construction, the self-balancing channel can be opened automatically to balance the pressure of the upper end and the lower end of the packer, and thus a negative pressure drill jamming accident is avoided.
