The invention discloses a device with a tool head capable of being dismounted conveniently. The device is composed of a base, supporting stand columns, a spindle box, a rotating shaft, a chuck, bearing pedestals, a cross beam and the grinding wheel tool head. The supporting stand columns are fixedly arranged on the base. The upper portions of the supporting stand columns are provided with the corresponding bearing pedestals. The cross beam is connected between the bearing pedestals. A sliding groove is formed in the lower portion of the cross beam and is further movably connected with the grinding wheel tool head. The spindle box is arranged at one side of the upper portion of the base and is further connected with the chuck through the rotating shaft. The device with the tool head capable of being dismounted conveniently is simple in structure, easy to implement and capable of effectively solving the problem that a traditional machine tool head cannot be dismounted easily.
