The upstairs operating room shielding region comprises an upstairs corridor, an operating room I, an operating room II and a front room; the upstairs corridor is provided with an upstairs corridor door installed between the operating room I and the operating room II; the front room is installed at the exit of the operating room II gate; an upstairs corridor operating room gate is installed between the front room and the upstairs corridor gate; the operating room II is provided with an accelerator therein; a visiting camera assembly is installed in the upstairs operating room shielding region; the downstairs office region comprises a downstairs corridor, an air conditioner machine room, a storehouse and a duty room; wherein visiting cameras are installed at the air conditioner machine room, the storehouse and the duty room; the other side of the operating room I is provided with a rear room which is provided with a monitor video for monitoring all cameras; the upstairs operating room shielding region and the downstairs office region are both provided with warning red lamps.
