The present invention discloses an electric power behavior control system based on image identification. The system comprises: an intelligent mobile terminal subsystem configured to collect and upload data information and video information of workers, working ranges and working devices in real time; a video intelligent analysis subsystem configured to employ the image identification technology to perform intelligent analysis and result feedback of videos and images of the working process key steps; and an information integration management subsystem configured to integrally manage and display the personnel, the devices and the flow information, provide data support for each link in the working process, perform real-time control of the working behavior and perform statistics analysis of the working analysis and give an evaluation result. The intelligent mobile terminal subsystem is connected with the information integration management subsystem through wireless communication, and the intelligent mobile terminal subsystem is connected with the video intelligent analysis subsystem. The electric power behavior control system based on the image identification realizes real-time control of the electric power behavior so as to effectively avoid the generation of various accidents.
