The invention discloses a test method of the reliability of intelligent electric energy meter software. The method includes the steps that specific test actions of each test unit are compiled, and priority and test parameters for the test of each test unit are configured respectively; a belonging cloud model of the priority of the test of each test unit is built, and according to the certainty degree of a cloud droplet in the belonging cloud model of the priority of the test of each test unit, a certainty degree matrix is constructed; according to the certainty degree matrix, state transition steps are generated, and automatic detection is carried out; according to the test parameters, a test report is generated. The test method of the reliability of the intelligent electric energy meter software has the advantages that the certainty degree matrix is generated by means of the cloud model, so that the test process jumps based on the priority probability of the test units, randomization of the test process is achieved, the situation that the tested software itself produces immunity due to a sequential test is avoided, and the real condition of electric energy meter operation is better approached; meanwhile, by means of the automatic test, labor intensity can be relieved, and operation interference caused by a manual test can be avoided.
