本发明提供一种加速度计，包括基座、两弹性部及两质量块。基座包括支撑部。各弹性部连接于支撑部。支撑部位于两质量块之间，两质量块分别连接于两弹性部，基座仅藉由支撑部支撑两弹性部及两质量块。两质量块适于产生运动而使两弹性部产生弹性变形。本发明可避免基座、质量块及弹性部存在非预期的内应力，而具有良好的加速度感测的准确性。

The present invention provides an accelerometer, which comprises a base, two elastic parts and two mass blocks. The base comprises a supporting part. Each elastic part is connected with the supporting part. The supporting part is arranged between the two mass blocks. The base is used for supporting the two elastic parts and the two mass blocks through the supporting part. The two mass blocks are adapted to move so as to drive the two elastic parts to deform elastically. According to the technical scheme of the invention, the non-desired internal stress among the base, the mass blocks and the elastic parts is avoided. Meanwhile, the accelerometer is good in acceleration sensing accuracy.
