The invention discloses an air conditioner control method. The air conditioner control method comprises the steps that after an air conditioner is started, the cold-hot-feeling gear selected by a cold-hot-feeling selection instruction sent by a user is determined; an air conditioner control parameter corresponding to the selected cold-hot-feeling gear is determined; and operation of the air conditioner is controlled according to the air conditioner control parameter so that the environment on which the air conditioner acts can be controlled to meet the cold-hot requirement of the selected instruction. The invention furthermore discloses an air conditioner control device and the air conditioner. By means of the air conditioner control method, the air conditioner control device and the air conditioner, operation of the air conditioner can better meet the user requirements, therefore the obtained cold-hot feeling can be more accurate, and better comfort is provided.
