The invention relates to a frequency conversion compressor motor cooling structure, a control method and a frequency conversion compressor. The frequency conversion compressor motor cooling structure comprises a cooling runner. The cooling runner is arranged along the periphery of a motor. The frequency conversion compressor motor cooling structure further comprises a bypass runner connected with the cooling runner in parallel, and a refrigerant entering from an air suction port of the frequency conversion compressor enters a compression cavity of the frequency conversion compressor through the cooling runner and the bypass runner. When the frequency conversion compressor runs in a high-rotation-speed and large-flow manner, the circulation area is increased, accordingly under the situation that motor cooling is guaranteed, pressure loses are reduced, and energy efficiency is improved.
