The invention discloses an airflow compression oriented condensed plasma arc ignition burner which is mainly composed of an outer anode tube and an inner cathode tube, wherein an elliptical air inlet hole is formed in the root of the anode tube; due to the structure, high-energy plasma arc can be compressed and condensed through differential pressure formed between air in a chamber between the cathode and the anode and outside and then is ejected in an oriented manner through the burner, so that the jet length and energy gathering of the plasma arc are improved. The ignition burner disclosed by the invention is applied to a gas turbine plasma igniter burner, and the ignition efficiency and reliability of the plasma igniter can be obviously improved.
