The cable fastening clamp comprises two detachably-connected fastening plates, and a closed zone used for fastening cables can be defined through the two fastening plates. According to the adjustable wind turbine generator cable protection device, through the vertical adjusting ropes capable of being adjusted vertically, the cable protection device can descend to a cable twisting platform when needed, high-air operation risks in the device maintaining process are avoided, and operation safety of operation and maintenance persons is improved. The cable fastening clamp is designed to be of a split type structure, and therefore the cable protection device is flexible and convenient to install.
