According to the technical scheme, a pure dry method connecting mode is adopted, the frame beams and the frame columns are subjected to dry hinging, the prefabricated wall panels are in dry connection with frames, construction can be conducted continuously, the construction speed is greatly increased, the construction period is shortened, the prefabricated wall panels capable of bearing the vertical load and resisting the lateral load are introduced into the frame structure, the frame and wall board structure system is formed, the frame structure is subjected to transmission force between the frame beams and the prefabricated wall panels, due to the fact that the horizontal lateral stiffness of the prefabricated wall panels is high, the horizontal seismic force is borne by the prefabricated wall panels, the frame structure only bears the vertical load, and the stability of the whole building can meet the requirement.
