本发明公开一种锌合金用无铬钝化液，由以下组份按重量份组成：钼酸钠20‑30份，硫酸钛10‑25份，表面活性剂5‑10份，助剂5‑10份，双氧水30‑40份，稳定剂1‑5份，去离子水30‑50份。本发明钝化效果较好，钝化膜与镀层的结合力强，经该钝化液处理的锌合金耐腐蚀性能明显提高，且有效避免环境污染问题。

The invention discloses chromate-free passivation liquid for a zinc alloy. The chromate-free passivation liquid is composed of, by weight, 20-30 parts of sodium molybdate, 10-25 parts of titanous sulfate, 5-10 parts of a surface active agent, 5-10 parts of an assistant, 30-40 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 1-5 parts of a stabilizer and 30-50 parts of deionized water. The chromate-free passivation liquid is good in passivation effect, and the bonding force of a passivation film and a clad layer is high; and the decay resistance of the zinc alloy treated by the passivation liquid is obviously improved, and the problem of environmental pollution is effectively avoided.
