The coke wet quenching high-temperature steam treatment device comprises a coke wet quenching tower; the coke wet quenching tower located above a coke quenching tank is internally provided with a coke quenching spraying pipe, a baffling and dust removal device and an air suction hood in sequence from bottom to top; the coke wet quenching high-temperature steam treatment device further comprises a steam treatment device, a cyclone separator, a draught fan and a coke powder sedimentation tank; a top steam outlet of the coke wet quenching tower is connected with a steam inlet of the steam treatment device through the air suction hood and a high-temperature steam pipeline; a tail gas outlet of the steam treatment device is connected with the cyclone separator, the draught fan and a chimney in sequence; the steam treatment device and the cyclone separator are provided with water discharging holes respectively and are connected with the coke powder sedimentation tank through condensed liquid pipelines. The coke wet quenching high-temperature steam treatment device can be used for sufficiently recycling heat of a large number of high-temperature steam generated in a coke wet quenching process and locally utilizing the heat; up-to-standard emission of coke wet quenching tail gas can be realized.
