The wear-resistant rubber material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 22 to 24 parts of natural rubber, 50 to 55 parts of ethylene-propylene-diene-terpolymer rubber, 12 to 16 parts of furan resin, 6 to 7 parts of stearic acid, 8 to 10 parts of silicon nitride, 5 to 6 parts of cast stone powder, 1 to 3 parts of silicone oil, 4 to 7 parts of calcium carbonate, 7 to 8 parts of chlorinated paraffin, 8 to 10 parts of carbon black, 3.5 to 7 parts of vulcanizing agent, 15 to 18 parts of plasticizer and 10 to 15 parts of anti-aging agent. The invention further discloses a preparation method of a high-temperature refractory cable material. The wear-resistant rubber material is easy to prepare, and has high strength, high fire resistance, high high-temperature resistance, high wear resistance and high acid-alkali resistance.
