[Problem] To acquire a high-resolution electroencephalogram with a smaller number of electrodes than usual. [Solution] The present invention comprises: a plurality of brain wave measuring electrodes (110) attached to a subject's scalp for acquiring electroencephalographic signals of the subject; and an electroencephalogram generation unit (150) that uses the electroencephalographic signals acquired by the plurality of brain wave measuring electrodes to generate an electroencephalogram of the locations where the brain wave measuring electrodes are attached and an electroencephalogram of the locations where the brain wave measuring electrodes are not attached.
