The present invention discloses a power unit combination model construction and analysis method dealing with intermittency of wind power. The wind power in a period is taken as a continuous random fluctuation process, the dual indeterminacy of the position of a wind power space and the fluctuation rate in a confidence interval is considered at the same time, and the dual attributes of wind power intermittency features are described; the minimum sum of the power unit start-stop cost and the operation cost is taken as a target to ensure that the operation stability is a constraint condition so as to construct a mathematic model of power unit combination; and the fluctuation rate which can be dealt with out of the confidence interval in each period is subjected to correction, and the corrected fluctuation rate substitutes into the constraint condition for optimization solution. Based on the invention, the power unit combination model construction and analysis method dealing with intermittency of the wind power can deeply discuss the relation between the wind power combination and the wind power receiving of the wind power combination to analyze the capacity of the wind power combination receiving the wind power in various and harsh situations and the corresponding laws of economics.
