The invention relates to an impeller, a multiphase flow reactor and a multiphase flow continuous reaction system. The impeller comprises a circular base plate, a core shaft seat formed at the center of the base plate, a shaft hole formed in the middle of the core shaft seat and a plurality of blades integrally connected with the base plate, wherein the blades are uniformly distributed on the front end surface of the base plate in an involute manner by taking the core shaft seat as the center; through holes are formed in the base plate and at the position between every two adjacent blades; the multiphase flow reactor comprises a shell, a motor, a shaft penetrating through the shell and is connected with the power output end of the motor through a coupling and the impeller positioned in the shell and connected onto the shaft; a medium inlet is formed in the middle of the front end of the shell; a medium outlet is formed in the side surface of the rear end of the shell; a medium flow channel for communicating the medium inlet and the medium outlet is arranged in the shell; the multiphase flow continuous reaction system comprises two multiphase flow reactors or one multiphase flow reactor and one reaction still. The impeller, the multiphase flow reactor and the multiphase flow continuous reaction system are applicable to gas-liquid-solid three-phase mixing and reaction and fluid transportation, the operation is stable, and the application range is wider.
