The invention discloses an opposite-pull bolt assembly and particularly relates to the opposite-pull bolt assembly in the building construction field. The opposite-pull bolt assembly comprises a screw, a mountain-shaped clamp and a sleeve and further comprises a deformation clamp and a connector. The screw is sleeved with the deformation clamp. The deformation clamp is composed of a tail portion, a main body and a clamp head in sequence, and the tail portion is connected with the connector. The clamp head is in the state of being closed toward the revolving center line direction of the screw under the natural state. An overhead hook is arranged at the clamp head. A thread is arranged on the inner wall of the connector. The screw is connected with the connector through the tread. The mountain-shaped clamp is located at the end, far from the clamp head, of the screw. By adopting the opposite-pull bolt assembly, the deformation clamp can be unfolded with the only need of rotating the screw on one side, pouring is completed; when recycling is conducted, the screw is rotated reversely on the same side, and after the deformation clamp is closed automatically, the device is taken out from poured concrete and recycled; and the whole operation process is fast and convenient and conducted on the same side.
