The invention discloses a terylene cleanroom clothes fabric coating adhesive and a preparation method thereof. The terylene cleanroom clothes fabric coating adhesive is prepared by compounding 100 parts of acrylic acid modified polyurethane emulsion, 2 to 5 parts of a polyurethane flatting and rheological agent and 2 to 5 parts of an end-capped isocyanate cross-linking agent, wherein the acrylic acid modified polyurethane emulsion is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 to 70 parts of diphenylmethane diisocyanate, 10 to 15 parts of polyethylene glycol of which the average molecular weight is 1450, 15 to 20 parts of polyethylene glycol of which the average molecular weight is 1000, 50 to 60 parts of polybutadiene diol of which the average molecular weight is 2000, 10 to 20 parts of styrene, 10 to 20 parts of chloroprene rubber, 5 to 10 parts of methyl acrylyl ethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, 150 to 200 parts of deionized water, and 1 to 2 parts of 2,2'-azobis(isobutylamidine dihydrochloride). Terylene conductive cloth finished by the coating adhesive has excellent antibacterial, anti-static, moisture permeable, air permeable and dust filtration performances, and excellent washing resistance.
