By blending chitosan with collagen, the defects of poor transparency and mechanical property and fast degradation of collagen can be overcome, the disadvantages of ultra-high mechanical strength and slow degradation of chitosan can be improved, and through matching according to different ratios, the degradation speed can be controlled to be matched with the self-repair speed of corneal tissue. According to the method for preparing the corneal epithelial graft, after umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells are induced by corneal stroma cells, culture is conducted by means of the carrier for cell culture. By using umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells with higher proliferation capacity and multiple differentiation potential than mesenchymal stem cells as seed cells, materials can be obtained more easily, virus pollution is not likely to happen, and limitation of ethics is avoided.
