The invention discloses a method for preparing low-lead-volatilization PZT-based sandwich-structured piezoelectric ceramic. The method is characterized in that Pb(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3 is taken as an intermediate layer, xPb(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3-(1-x)Sr(K0.25Nb0.75)O3(x=0.95-0.98) serves as an upper surface layer and a lower surface layer, a sandwich structure is molded through multi-layer mould pressing, sintering is conducted at 1,150-1,225 DEG C, and laminated piezoelectric ceramic with lead volatilization of smaller than or equal to 2.5 wt% is prepared. The method has the advantages that ingredients and technological steps are simple, the operation is easy, and the repeatability is good, and is mainly used for environment-friendly piezoelectric transformers, energy converters and the like.
