The invention relates to an oil baffling device for a rail vehicle bogie. The oil baffling device for the rail vehicle bogie comprises a supporting frame, oil baffling plate assemblies and oil scraper plates, wherein the supporting frame is fixed to an axle box body; the oil baffling plate assemblies are mounted by rightly facing a wheel and are fixed to the supporting frame; the oil scraper plates are mounted on the oil baffling plate assemblies; the oil scraper plates are in close fit with the tread of the wheel. Through an axle end structure of a rail vehicle, the oil baffling device is mounted on the axle box body; through combination of the oil baffling plate assemblies and the oil scraper plates, oily sludge and stains on the tread of the wheel can be collected and cleared so as to avoid oil stains on the tread from being thrown onto the bogie and an equipment cabin under the vehicle to cause pollution to the vehicle, and high labor cost due to oil stain cleanup is reduced.
