The invention discloses a multi-element energy storage integration method for increasing energy utilization rate of a regional power grid. The multi-element energy storage integration method integrates a lithium battery, a lead-acid storage battery, a supercapacitor and an all-vanadium redox flow battery energy storage unit to be applied to a regional power grid system, takes regional power grid power prediction, energy storage battery electricity quantity and energy storage battery charge-discharge times as constraint conditions, provides the optimal strategy for a multi-element energy storage system of the regional power grid system, and controls charge-discharge operating states according to the optimal strategy, so as to increase the energy utilization rate of the regional power grid system. By accessing the multi-element energy storage unit to the regional power grid system, the power fluctuations of the regional power grid system can be effectively inhibited, the solar curtailment and wind curtailment phenomena in regions with abundant renewable energy resources in the case of power imbalance are avoided, and the energy utilization rate of the regional power grid system can be effectively increased.
