The invention provides a DC bias detection method and device of a transformer, a storage medium and a computer device. The method specifically comprises the following steps: acquiring vibration signals of the transformer under different working conditions; acquiring harmonic wave in the vibration signals based on the vibration signals; acquiring odd-even harmonic wave rate of the vibration signals based on the harmonic wave in the vibration signals; and determining the level of the DC bias of the transformer based on the odd-even harmonic wave, wherein the level of the DC bias of the transformer includes the level that no DC bias is detected, the level that DC bias does not influence the normal work of the transformer, and the level that the DC bias influences the normal work of the transformer. According to the device, complex computing and processing are avoided in the whole process; and the level of the DC bias of the transformer can be simply and efficiently determined based on the odd-even harmonic wave ratio of the vibration signals.
