本发明提供了一种精密机械精加工中的极压乳化液，由以下重量百分比组分组成：玉米磷脂油60‑65%、小麦胚芽油6‑8%、松针油2‑3%、极压添加剂6‑9%、聚乙二醇2‑5%、三乙醇胺单硬脂酸酯1‑3%、防锈剂1‑2%、邻甲酚‑D8 0.5‑1%、三氯卡班0.1‑0.5%，余量为水。本发明微乳剂有优异的冷却、清洗性能，润滑效果和耐磨性好且性能稳定。

The invention provides a precise machinery finish machining extreme pressure emulsifier. The precise machinery finish machining extreme pressure emulsifier is composed of, by weight percentage, 60-65% of corn phosphatide oil, 6-8% of wheat germ oil, 2-3% of pine leaf oil, 6-9% of extreme pressure additives, 2-5% of polyethylene glycol, 1-3% of thiethanolamine monostearate, 1-2% of antirust agent, 0.5-1% of O-cresol D8, 0.1-0.5% of triclocarban and water as balance. The precise machinery finish machining extreme pressure emulsifier is excellent in cooling and cleaning performance, good in lubricating and wear-resisting effects and stable in property.
