The invention discloses a manufacturing technology of a 3D printing medium partition. The manufacturing technology comprises the steps of determining dimensions of the to-be-manufactured medium partition, and drawing a blueprint for study; carrying out detailed three-dimensional design on the medium partition through design software, and manufacturing a 3D model of the real-size medium partition; printing the medium partition through a prototype machine, and polishing the surface; manufacturing a mold for producing the medium partition through embedding the double surfaces of the medium partition into a thermoplastic material; and producing the required medium partition in batches through a medium partition template. According to the manufacturing technology, the 3D printing technology is adopted, the defects that in a traditional technology, the medium partition is produced through an existing mold, the dimensions cannot be changed and specifications of the produced medium partition are single are overcome, the mold is manufactured and produced through the thermoplastic material, a parting line of the obtained mold can be modified according to the production requirements, the manufacturing technology can adapt to production of the medium partitions of various specifications, production cost is greatly reduced, production operation is simple, production efficiency is high, cycle is short, and application prospects are broad.
