The invention provides an efficient environmentally-friendly solid electric heat storage boiler, and belongs to the technical field of electromagnetic energy and phase-change material heat storage. The efficient environmentally-friendly solid electric heat storage boiler comprises a boiler casing, a heating element, a temperature measuring device, a heat storage device, a circulating pipeline, a thermal insulation material, a circulating pump, a control cabinet and a heat exchange device, wherein a hexahedron-structure framework is built by utilizing the circulating pipeline; the circulating pipeline and an electromagnetic heating coil are combined into a heating unit; a plurality of such heating units are combined into a main heating body; the heat storage device is made of a polyethylene glycol/polyvinyl alcohol macromolecular solid-solid phase-change material, and put into the heating unit built by utilizing the circulating pipeline to form a heat storage unit; a guide pipeline of which the section is ring-shaped serves as the circulating pipeline; the inner pipeline body of the circulating pipeline is filled with a liquid heat storage medium; and the outer pipeline body of the circulating pipeline is connected with the circulating pump, and thus heat in the heat storage device is transferred to the heat exchange device. The efficient environmentally-friendly solid electric heat storage boiler provided by the invention has the characteristics that an innovative heating mechanism and heat storage mode are adopted; the size is small; the energy storage efficiency is high; the low-carbon and environmentally-friendly property is achieved; and the off-peak electric energy is sufficiently utilized.
