The stainless steel composite corrosion-resistant ribbed bar has corrosion-resistant performance of a stainless steel bar and can also reach or exceed the intensity of an ordinary hot rolled ribbed bar, and a segment is cut out at any position and can be directly connected through a threaded sleeve; and in the oceaneering and other corrosive environments, the corrosion-resistant service life of the ribbed bar can be guaranteed, the construction efficiency can be improved, and the engineering cost can be reduced. in the method, stainless steel box iron can be produced in an intensification manner, it is not required to additionally arrange a cold roll forming unit in front of an existing bar steel rolling production line, and the equipment investment is low; and wrapping of the middle alloy layer of a billet adopts a manner that two pieces of box iron are combined in a left-right symmetrical manner, and compared with a twining wrapping manner, imbedded of the middle alloy layer is easier and more convenient.
