The invention relates to a printing process for a mark plate of hair scissors. The mark plate is made of a rubber material with toughness. The concrete steps are as follows: a, injection molding: selecting a plastic plate made of an ABS material, and carrying out injection molding on an injection molding machine to form a mark plate with an arc structure; b, surface treatment: grinding the outer surface of the mark plate by using a sand blasting and abrasive cloth grinding method, after completing grinding, placing the mark plate into a degreasing solvent formed by mixing 20%-30% of acetone and 25%-35% of absolute ethyl alcohol to degrease, after degreasing, placing the mark plate into 25%-55% of chromic acid solution, and soaking the mark plate at the temperature of 50-60 DEG C for 20-30min; c, location: placing the mark plate into a special locating tool; d, printing: starting a printer, placing a printing head of the printer on a position right above the mark plate, and carrying out downward pressing to finish printing; and e, drying: placing the printed mark plate into a drying room to dry. The printing process has the advantages of simple process, time and labor saving and printing effect improvement.
