The invention discloses a multi-target power distribution network operation mode optimization method comprising the following steps: based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), an optimization model is established to evaluate the equipment operation status, technical index and economic index of the distribution network comprehensively; comprehensive evaluation indexes in normal operation, fault and maintenance states are respectively obtained through a scheme attribute decision vector table and an attribute weight judgment matrix; and as for the normal operation, fault and maintenance states, operation mode optimization is carried out through adoption of the comprehensive evaluation indexes under the three different states. In the invention, a multi-target evaluation index system of the analytic hierarchy process is introduced into the optimization of the operation mode of the distribution network, and is applied to the reconstruction of the distribution network to realize the power distribution network operation mode optimization in the normal operation, fault and maintenance states.
