The manufacturing technology comprises the following technological process of smelting TC4 titanium alloys for three times, and performing forging so as to obtain a rod blank of which the diameter Phi is 150-200 mm; heating the rod blank to 960-1050 DEG C by a medium frequency induction furnace for punching a hole, so as to obtain a hollow tube; after the hole is punched, performing heat preservation at 800-870 DEG C for 30min-1h, and performing annealing; performing rolling on the annealed hollow tube by a three-roller rolling machine for 3-4 times, so as to obtain a pierced tube; heating the obtained pierced tube to 800-900 DEG C by the medium frequency induction furnace to perform hot tensile tube reducing on the pierced tube, so as to obtain a finished tube of which the tube diameter is 73-90mm, and the thickness is 5.5-7.5mm, and finally, performing heat preservation at 850-920 DEG C for 1h, performing furnace cooling to 550 DEG C, and performing air cooling to the room temperature. According to the titanium alloy oil well tube manufactured by the manufacturing technology disclosed by the invention, oil well tubes of different specifications and different dimensions can be obtained, the obtained oil well tube is good in surface quality and does not have the detects of scaling and the like, and the cost is saved.
