The embodiment of the invention provides a modular unitary cell proliferation system, and relates to the technical field of cell culture. The system is convenient to mount and dismount, and improves the assembling efficiency of the cell proliferation system. The modular unitary cell proliferation system comprises: a refrigerating module comprising a refrigerating box for storing a nutrient solution; an environment control module comprising a cell incubator; a nutrient solution supply control module comprising a nutrient solution delivery pump, a control valve and a detection device used for detecting the index parameters of the nutrient solution and cells; and a closed consumable used for communicating the refrigerating module, the environment control module and the nutrient solution supply control module in order to form the cell proliferation system. The cell proliferation system is used for cell culture.
