The PVC resin special for wood plastic provided by the invention comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of a vinyl chloride monomer, 0-20 parts of a functional monomer A, 0-20 parts of a functional monomer B, 0.06-0.1 part of an initiator, 0.05-0.1 part of a buffer agent, 0.06-0.20 part of a dispersing agent, 0.02-0.04 part of a granulating agent and 150-200 parts of purified water, wherein the functional monomer A is selected from at least one of the following monomers: methyl methacrylate, butyl methacrylate or 2-ethylhexyl acrylate; the functional monomer B is selected from at least one of the following polymers: dicyclopentadiene, maleic acid, vinyl trimethoxy silane, butyl acrylate or hydroxyethyl acrylate; the addition amount of the functional monomer A and the functional monomer B cannot be zero at the same time.
