The invention relates to a water-free cleaning device for a plastic film. The water-free cleaning device comprises a rotary drum arranged on a centrifugal machine base and a shell arranged above the rotary drum. A feeding port is formed in the bottom of the rotary drum and connected with a feeding pipe. The shell is internally provided with a conical screen with the calibers gradually increased from bottom to top. A discharging hole is formed in the side wall of the shell and provided with a discharging pipe, and the other end of the discharging pipe is connected to a bin. The top, corresponding to an upward opening of the conical screen, of the shell is provided with a dust suction port. The dust suction port communicates with a dirt discharging bin through a dirt discharging pipeline. Meshes are formed in part of the side wall of the shell. A housing is arranged outside a mesh area. The bottom of the housing communicates with the dirt discharging bin through the dirt discharging pipeline. A hot air pipe is arranged on the top of the shell and stretches into the shell, and the other end of the hot air pipe is connected to a heating box. The water-free cleaning device can dry the plastic film, and accordingly the effect of water-free cleaning can be better improved.
