The invention discloses a shale gas fracturing method and device. The shale gas fracturing method and device mainly comprises an integrated control system, ground fracturing equipment, a direction control module, a directional drilling machine, a fracturing pump and a shale gas fracturing drill bit; the shale gas fracturing drill bit comprises a three-wing drill bit body, a high-pressure gas guide pipe, a direction control system, an electromagnetic numerical-control valve, an electric lead, an insulating layer and a steering knuckle; and when the device works, the three-wing drill bit body and a steering system are screwed to the target position, after the drilling machine stops, the fracturing direction control system is used for transmitting azimuth information, and the fracturing direction and particular position are determined. The ground fracturing system generates ultra-high-pressure carbon dioxide gas through the gas fracturing pump, the high-pressure gas guide pipe laid inside one side of a drill rod is used for conveying the ultra-high-pressure carbon dioxide gas to the drill bit side, the electromagnetic numerical-control valve controls the fracturing state, and accordingly the fracturing task is finished.
