本发明公开了一种外源性小RNA制备多能干细胞的方法及其用途，具体地，本发明公开了一种外源性小RNA分子的用途，用于制备促进体细胞或专能干细胞转变为多能干细胞的试剂或试剂盒。本发明公开的小RNA能够调控多种多能干细胞转录因子，促进体细胞和/或专能干细胞向多能干细胞的转化。

The invention discloses a method for preparing pluripotent stem cells from exogenous small RNA and application of the exogenous small RNA. Specifically, the invention discloses application of exogenous small RNA molecules, that is to use the exogenous small RNA molecules to prepare a reagent or kit for promoting somatic cells or limited potential stem cells to be converted into the pluripotent stem cells. The small RNA can regulate various pluripotent stem cell transcription factors and promote the conversion of somatic cells and/or limited potential stem cells to the pluripotent stem cells.
