The invention discloses an optimized locating and sizing method of an energy storage power station of an active power distribution network. A conventional sensitivity method is improved by employing a time sequence analytical method, a time sequence comprehensive sensitivity calculation method considering the operation mode of the power distribution network is proposed, and a time sequence sensitivity index of each node is regarded as the basis for energy storage locating. According to the method, optimized locating of energy storage is realized, the influence of the node with high sensitivity and qualified voltage level on the locating results is reduced, and the voltage of the node is optimized without influencing the voltage of other nodes in an unfavorable way.
