The invention discloses an intelligent load control device. The intelligent load control device which integrates acquisition, monitoring, control, communication and the like as a whole mainly performs real-time interaction with a distribution operation center and a user. The intelligent load control device is mainly arranged at a load end, and the load is accessed to a distribution network system through the device. The power supply end of the load provides power for the device mainly, and the device is internally provided with a backup power supply, and thus, the power supply reliability is improved. The device mainly acquires load electrical data and environment data, and the above data are judged and calculated. The processed data are then transmitted to the distribution operation center and the user, the distribution operation center can carry out operation control on the load according to the user habit, and the user can also operate on the load through an APP. As for data communication between the load device and the distribution operation center and the user, real-time data transmission is mainly carried out through LoRa, and the data transmission reliability is ensured thoroughly.
