A waist twisting apparatus may include a base, a supporting portion, and a seat. A platform is formed at a top portion of the base, and a central portion of the platform has an axle hole. The supporting portion comprises a body having a first edge and a second edge. A first axle rod is joined in a position close to the first edge inside the body and a second axle rod is joined in a position close to the second edge, and the first axle rod utilizes a first insertion-connection section to stretch downward out of the bottom surface of the body, and the second axle rod utilizes a second insertion-connection section to stretch upward out of the top surface of the body. A pulley is pivoted at the bottom surface of the body close to the second edge. The seat has a bottom shell, and an axle hole is formed at a center bottom portion of the bottom shell.
