The invention relates to a synthetic graphite heat radiating fin having a sandwich structure. The synthetic graphite heat radiating fin comprises a double faced adhesive tape sheet, a synthetic graphite sheet and an electrical isolation thin film, wherein the synthetic graphite sheet is placed in between the double faced adhesive tape sheet and the electrical isolation thin film, and the synthetic graphite sheet is wrapped and sealed with the double faced adhesive tape sheet and the electrical isolation thin film. The synthetic graphite heat radiating fin disclosed in the invention is enabled to be of the sandwich structure, a problem that graphite can easily be broken and fall off when the synthetic graphite sheet is in use is well solved, hidden safety trouble of electronic products can therefore be reduced, good formability of the synthetic graphite sheet is allowed, and an application range of the graphite heat radiating fin is expanded.
