本发明公开了一种高载能负荷参与调节消纳受阻风电的控制方法，在确定高载能负荷响应控制特性的基础上，建立了高载能负荷参与风电消纳的控制模型，在高载能负荷参与风电消纳的控制模型的基础上，确定高载能负荷参与调节消纳受阻风电的控制框架图，能有效提高系统对大规模风电的调峰能力，对风电消纳受阻问题的解决提供了指导。

The invention discloses a control method for participation of high energy loads in regulating congested wind power consumption. While response control characteristics of high energy loads are determined, a control model for participation of the high energy loads in consumption of wind power is built; based on the control model for participation of the high energy loads in consumption of wind power, a control framework graph for participation of the high energy loads in regulating congested wind power consumption is determined, peak load regulation capacity of a system for large scale wind power can be effectively improved, and guidance is provided for solving a problem of congested wind power consumption.
