The invention relates to a pull rod component and a circuit breaker using the pull rod component. The pull rod component comprises a moving pull rod, a joint and an insulation pull rod. The moving pull rod and the insulation pull rod are located on two ends of the joint so as to form connected components of the joint. The joint comprises a first connection terminal and a second connection terminal. At least one connection terminal of the first connection terminal and the second connection terminal is provided with a revolution connection structure used for carrying out rotation cooperation with the corresponding connected component. A rotation axis of the revolution connection structure is extended along an axis direction of the moving pull rod. The revolution connection structure possesses a first stopping surface and a second stopping surface used for preventing the joint and the corresponding connected component from relative moving along the axial direction. A moving pull rod position can not be rotated and mediated. When a pin hole on an insulation pull rod does not correspond to a pin hole direction on an operation mechanism, the revolution connection structure is rotated so as to realize that the pin hole on the insulation pull rod corresponds to the pin hole on a connecting lever of the operation mechanism so that the insulation pull rod can be installed smoothly.
