The invention provides an air regulating device (1A), including a compressor (11), a plurality of outdoor heat exchangers (15a,15b) arranged in parallel relative to the compressor (11), outdoor expansion valves (16a,16b) and indoor heat exchangers (22a,22b) arranged according to each outdoor heat exchangers (15a,15b). The device also comprises valve devices (130a,130b) arranged according to each of the outdoor heat exchangers (15a,15b) in connecting pipes (113a,113a) connected with one connecting port (25a,25b) of the outdoor heat exchangers (15a,15b) which become flowing-in mouth of a refrigerating fluid in defrosting, and bypass loops (17a,17b) which make connecting ports (25a,25b) of one of the outdoor heat exchangers (15a,15b) connected with a suction inlet (11a) of the compressor (11) through switching of the valve devices (130a,130b) from branches of the connecting pipes (113a,113a).
