The invention discloses a formula of an antibacterial and mildewproof coating material for surfaces of plastic parts. The formula comprises the ingredients in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of thermoplastic hydroxy acrylic resin, 3-8 parts of salt-mist resistant auxiliaries, 0.5-3 parts of dispersant, 3-8 parts of antibacterial and mildewproof agent, 10-15 parts of auxiliaries, 0.2-2 parts of leveling agent and 8-16 parts of organic solvent. According to the formula, a certain amount of antibacterial and mildewproof agent is added in the coating material, so that bacteria can be killed in a certain time, or the propagation of the bacteria is inhibited, a self clean state is kept, mildewing is prevented, and bacterial cross contamination among persons, between the persons and objects and among the objects caused due to the use of products is reduced.
