The invention relates to a regional energy system equipment switching control method for satisfying user rigidity cold electricity demands. The method comprises the following steps: 1) use energy characteristics and use energy safety of users with cold electricity load rigid demands are obtained to determine independent energy supply subsystems and standby relations thereof adopted by a regional energy system; 2) stable output time of large inertia equipment in the regional energy system is obtained; and 3) the economy is considered according to a present failure state of the regional energy system; and the switching control is performed for corresponding equipment of each independent energy supply subsystem in the regional energy system to realize the energy dispatching. Compared with the prior art, the method has such advantages as high dispatching reliability and safety.
