The invention provides an outdoor unit, an air conditioner and a refrigeration device. The outdoor unit comprises an outdoor heat exchanger and a communicating pipe, wherein the outdoor heat exchanger is connected to a compressor; a stop valve is arranged on a first refrigerant port at the end, away from the compressor, of the outdoor heat exchanger; and the first end of the communicating pipe is connected to the stop valve. The outdoor unit, the air conditioner and the refrigeration device have the advantages of being reasonable in design, simple in structure and convenient to install, the time of vacuumizing and refrigerating fluid pouring is greatly shortened, and the production efficiency is improved.
